Morgan Bisoux (b. 1989) is a Belgian painter whose work explores the unstable boundary between presence and disappearance. Through fragmented bodies, drapery and partially concealed forms, she constructs images that resist immediate reading and remain suspended between revelation and withdrawal.

In her recent work, fire enters this visual language as a force of transformation. Drapery — until now a means of concealment, protection and suspension — is exposed to alteration and disappearance. This shift extends her research toward the fragile threshold between what is preserved, what is transformed, and what remains as a trace.
